Shipments
Most orders will be dispatched in 2-5 business days after receipt of payment, provided the product ordered is in stock. Customization items or Products which are out of stock will be shipped 15-35 days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, except by prior arrangement.
Packages are generally shipped via Postal/AirLine/DHL/UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Express Shipping with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before placing the order. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected and special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Currently, we ship to the following destinations: the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Venezuela, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Dubai, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. DUTIES
All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer on any international orders. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
Please note, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages. Payment is required to release your order from customs upon arrival. Customs charges can be paid by credit card or COD (cash on delivery). In case that the customs charges are not paid the order will be returned to Carol Trading. In that case, the payment is not returnable.
Return Policy
Diffusers may be returned within 30 days of the date of product delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and applicable shipping insurance. The diffuser must be unused and in its original packaging with all parts, accessories, and documentation. Diffusers must be packed in a proper shipping box; a diffuser box is not considered a shipping box.
Diffusers that have been run with oil are deemed used and not eligible for return. Diffusers that have been altered, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Shenzhen Carol Trading is not responsible for lost items or damages caused by the carrier. We strongly recommend securing shipping insurance and providing us with a tracking number as part of the return process.
Refunds for returns conforming to the above-mentioned policy are typically issued within five to ten business days from the product acceptance by Shenzhen Carol Trading. All return units are inspected to confirm unused condition before issuing any refunds.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. Final sale (i.e., on sale) items are not eligible for a return.
Exchanges typically are processed within five to ten business days if all applicable exchange information is provided to Shenzhen Carol Trading.
